The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong Hotel, Shanghai

My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The staff, especially Aki Dong, provided professional and kind service. The rooms on high floors offer amazing views of Shanghai and the nearby skyscrapers. However, crossing the river can be time-consuming during rush hours. The dining experiences, especially at the Italian restaurant, were excellent.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations; the rooms were fantastically decorated and my daughter was overjoyed with the birthday cake and Ritz-kids amenities lion toys. The spacious room offered a gorgeous view of the Bund and The Pearl Tower, complemented by a comfy bed and luxurious bathroom. The service was top-notch with sophisticated and professional staff like supervisor Helen Lin and concierge Wayne Wu going above and beyond every time. The location in the CBD of Pudong District near IFC was superb, offering an amazing view and easy access to the Metro. The dining experience was excellent with a wide selection catering to various preferences but lacked complimentary sparkling wine. The facilities were impressive, providing everything from room service to laundry services.
